Parc Ellis is working with a certification body who are looking for a Training Manager to join their organisation, reporting into the Managing director you will be managing the operational delivery of the commercial training activities to help achieve UK revenue targets and assist international offices to achieve their revenue targets.
Key functions will involve:
To plan, deliver and evaluate the commercial training program
To maintain third-party certifications for key courses
To hep develop the online training offering
To support the client global network to deliver training with consistent quality and brand alignment
Key skills and experience required:
Educated to degree level or equivalent with either a business content or relevant industry experience
Management of budgets, operating cost and profitability
Management and leadership skills, previous experience of mentoringgraduate or graduate internship would be highly beneficial.
The ability to work in partnership with both internal and external partnerships.
Previous experience of working on e-learning portal and developing courses including course materials.
Commercial awareness to act to needs and requirements of the business.
Previous training experience or knowledge of the Certification market would be highly advantageous.
