NextGear Capital a Cox Automotive brand offers Stocking Plans ideally suited to the way used vehicle dealers buy and sell their stock.

Since launching in 2014 we have broadened our product range to offer Stocking Plans to both independent and franchised used vehicle dealers selling used cars and LCVs. We are now partnered with over two thirds of the auctions in the UK with additional wholesale sources and have welcomed over 1300 dealers on board.

About the Role

Here at NextGear Capital, we are now looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Executive, in this role you will be assigned to supporting the management of our digital channels while undertaking some offline activity such as print advertising, events and PR.

The role will incorporate the generation of email campaigns, website development, CRO, social media, paid advertising and SMS to drive efficiency and meet agreed KPIs. Working with a number of internal departments and external third parties, you’ll need to achieve deadlines within a face paced environment.

Ensuring you build relationships with external agencies, third parties and internal/external stakeholders, you will be organising and executing marketing and sales programs for auction partners, having creative input with printed media and executing an online and offline advertising schedule. In addition, the role will include attending trade shows and other events when required to support the NextGear Capital sales team, keeping abreast of industry trends, competition and new opportunities and complying with relevant advertising and trading legislation and data protection rules.

About You

We are looking for someone who has a passion for digital and social media marketing, awareness of online marketing and advertising tactics, comprehensive knowledge of Social Media marketing tools available (especially Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter) and relative copywriting knowledge and understanding.

You should be qualified to A Level or equivalent, have strong experience in marketing ideally with digital channel responsibility and will have knowledge of computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc). You will have the ability to research the industry and keep up to date with latest technologies, the ability to pick up new systems quickly, the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner and understanding of advertising legislation and compliance requirements.

In addition, being able to demonstrate experience of content management systems, preferably Umbraco and experience of CRM platforms, Pardot would be advantageous.

Due to the nature of the role travel is required occasionally so a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is required.
