This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the leading IT Managed Services providers in the UK within their IT support team. You will be on hand to provide point of escalation, contact for IT incidents and service requests, logging, maintaining and taking ownership of customer's case in line with service level agreements.

You will demonstrate a high level of professional, provide superior customer service at all times and focus on resolutions in the most efficient and time critical manner in order to reduce IT impact on the organisations clients.

-Superior technical service skills gained in a support desk capacity
-Excellent customer service
-To work flexibly, independently with the ambition to succeed
-Work inline to ITIL based processes
-Ability to work shifts

Essential Experience
-Exchange 2003-2013
-Microsoft Active Directory
-Microsoft Server 2008-2013
-Microsoft Desktop Support
-Software Patch Management

Preferred Experience
-Cisco, Networking Technologies, LAN/WAN, Firewalls
-Backup technologies, Veeam, Backup Exec
-Web filtering
-Mobile Devices
-Hyper-V, VMware

Personal Skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Motivated, flexible, and committed
-Worked in an ITIL based environment
-Experience working in a Service desk environment
