Sales Support Administrator
We are recruiting for a well regarded business in Marlow. The vacancy which is due to a promotion is for an experienced Sales support administration to join the existing team and assist the team of Financial planners.
Duties will include:
- Providing an efficient new business support for advisers, including pre-sales research and preparation of Suitability Reports, processing, liaising with product providers and clients in a timely manner and checking that all compliance requirements are met
- Providing support in relation to the preparation of valuations and client review documentation to allow the advisers to conduct efficient client meetings
- Provide post meeting support to consultants ensuring that all work is completed accurately within agreed timescales
The ideal candidate will be highly organised with good technical knowledge and have the capability to plan and prioritise assignments in a busy environment. You must have a solid understanding of life, pensions and investment contracts and of regulatory and compliance requirements
Ideally you will have experience of IRESS/Adviser Office software and Financial Express Analytics
As you will be building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing an effective link between the client and their adviser, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
The successful individual will have a proven IFA background in a similar role
You must be IT literate, a team player and be capable of working in an environment where new challenges and ideas are welcome, have Gumption and a Can Do attitude.
