Clients range from all fields of business, industry, the professions and the arts and although they include large corporates operating nationally and

internationally the majority are privately owned businesses of every size with partnerships, sole traders and self-employed individuals.

This opportunity is in the busy Accounting Solutions team in our St Albans office working on accounts preparation, bookkeeping and the production of management accounts.

You'll deal with VAT Returns and other ad hoc accounting requirements travelling to client premises on occasion.

Ideally you will have approximately 2 years experience working in a firm of accountants and have completed an AAT qualification perhaps and have started ACCA Studies for which we will continue to provide support.

You'll need to be able to demonstrate strong communication skills from the outset of your application and convince the recruiting team that you are confident dealing with clients and colleagues alike.

Prior experience of using CCH software packages, Sage, Quickbooks and/or Xero Accounts is most useful.
