As a Commercial Property Legal Assistant you will be required to provide administrative and organisational assistance to a lawyer in the commercial property team. You will assist with a broad range of commercial property transactions including, for example, acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant work, development and option agreements, business sales and purchases and financing.
You will, as you progress, be expected to obtain a sound knowledge of the processes involved in dealing with a wide variety of commercial property matters. There will be a number of opportunities for progression (including pursuing legal qualifications if desired and not already completed) with a view to eventually handling your own small case load.
You will also be required to assist the commercial property team with their ambitious plans for growth and development.
We're looking for:
Experience of assisting with commercial property matters is desirable but not required as full training will be provided.

Excellent IT skills are required. You should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience of using Partner is desirable but not required as training will be provided.
