An exciting and rewarding role in the heart of the Customer Lifecycle Marketing team has opened in the form of a mat cover and would suit someone who required flexibility with their weekly schedule.

We want to find someone whose passion is identifying opportunities to improve our Customer Loyalty. It’s a great time to join this team, who are all advocates of the customer and focused on delivering improvements and making a positive change to the Worldpay SME customer experience.

The Loyalty Marketing Manager will identify opportunities to enhance existing propositions and develop & deliver new propositions to our existing SME customers – you’ll need a creative cap for this role as we want to try lots of new and innovative ways to retain and keep our customers happy. You will own the end to end process – from understanding customer needs, through to development and roll out and at the end of your week get that feeling of having accomplished something.

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?

This role is key in supporting the delivery of the business Loyalty & churn targets for 2018 so having a commercial mind set will add to your success and plays a pivotal part in the Loyalty Board so you will need to be very comfortable presenting future plans and updates on a frequent basis.

Hopefully you’ll be happy to travel other WP sites in the UK to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and establish your virtual team.

What will make you the ideal candidate?

You will have an inquisitive mind set and be able identify opportunities to drive long term customer loyalty and engagement & improve customer satisfaction & Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Having worked in a loyalty/retention role in a Marketing function, you have proposition development experience and are comfortable with data analysis. We are great with data and use it everywhere.
