The Role

Execute the global customer engagement and retention strategy

Understand the audience

Monitor and report on performance and engagement

Utilise the full marketing mix

Work with the UK and US commercial Product Managers

Collaborate with cross functional teams

Brief and Manage media and creative agencies on specific marketing campaigns

Background

Knowledge and experience of online marketing techniques

Advanced experience in integrated marketing campaign management and optimisation

Knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing principles

You will be comfortable with technology

Account based marketing experience will be an advantage

University degree or equivalent. Marketing qualification will be seen as a bonus
