Sales and Marketing Manager (bilingual)
Responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives and making sure its aligns with Company strategic goals and objectives.Sales &Marketing Key Responsibilities by functions:Market Research Monitor and analyse market trends, competitors’ products and services Identify target market and develop strategies to communicate with them Marketing Strategy Development and support Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive sales increase and create loyaltySupport brand management and corporate identityMarketing process and Customer relationship management Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activitiesCoordinate all marketing material in line with marketing plans.Plan and implement promotional campaignsManage and improve lead generation campaignsBalance and monitor Customer experience satisfaction Working closely with design / web development team and assist with different campaigns, new product launches, exhibitions Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.Measuring Success Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communicationsMonitor, track and document campaign results, analyse data/returns/customer response and feedback Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
Sales & Marketing Manager also performs other duties as deemed necessary for the execution of his/her duties and duties as assigned by the Senior Sales Team Leader or Managing Director.The successful candidate will be success driven, motivated and enthusiastic, you should speak at least one other language of the following; Polish / Lithuanian / Romanian / Russian and should possess a solid background in both Sales and Marketing.This permanent role is to start as soon as possible, salary £23,500.Approx. 180 hours per month, to be worked between 07:00-17:00, Five days per week, Monday – Saturday.
