We are seeking to appoint an administrator on a secondment basis to the post of Teaching and Learning Advisor (Student Appeals, Complaints, Discipline and Fitness to Practise).

You will manage a caseload of student appeals, complaints and discipline cases, including academic malpractice, as well as serving as the administrative lead and secretary to Fitness to Practise committees and malpractice panels within the Faculty.

You will support the Faculty Appeals and Complaints Manager in implementing effective and efficient processes within the department and with the provision of strategic advice to the Vice-Dean for Teaching, Learning & Students regarding management of student appeals, complaints, discipline and Fitness to Practise (FTP) within the Faculty. They will also be the first point of contact for advice, guidance and information for staff and students on appeals, complaints and discipline issues.

You must have excellent written and verbal skills, a keen eye for detail, and pragmatic solving skills.
