Email Marketing Specialist
Digital Careers, part of the Digital Recruitment Company is currently working with a global independent asset management company who manage over £150billion worth of assets across 11 countries.
The responsibilities of the role:
- Take ownership of email marketing within the Digital team. This will involve the organisation, tracking and managing of end to end email template creation from request to delivery, working within brand guidelines and responsive design.Manage the approvals process, including QA, stakeholder, compliance.Develop campaigns utilising marketing automation and integrating campaigns into the company website CMS to generate meaningful analytics and reporting to the business.Utilise A/B Testing and CRM to drive effective digital marketing and nurture activityHelp Senior Marketing Manager in producing appropriate dashboards to aid decision making, optimise activity against KPIs and measures of successIn addition, be part of executing digital marketing strategy across our digital channels including web content updates, website developments and social media, ensuring all web pages are up to date, satisfy regulatory requirements and are on brand.Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
- Experience in a similar roleEmail layout using HTML, CSS and email marketing tools – Microsoft Dynamics, Click Dimensions, Sitecore EXM ideal (or any other similar such as Pardot. Salesforce, Marketo etc).Experience using email / digital marketing for Events management (offline and online)Marketing Automation, Personalisation and Dynamic rendering of content, within both an email and website environment.Use of an enterprise content managment system supporting multiple websites and portals (eg Sitecore)Experience of integrating email campagins into CMS to manage dynamic campaignsTrack record of working to tight timescalesDeep technical understanding of digital marketing landscape and an ability to use this to drive digital marketing strategyUse of analytics tools Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sitesAsset management / regulated environment experience preferred but not essentialTechnical investment understanding to ensure all web pages are up to date and showing correct information, preferred but not essential
