We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Management Trainer. This role is national therefore there will be extensive travel and overnight stays required.

The main purpose of the job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for training management skills training to all managers from aspiring level up to Senior Management Training. In addition to this we would be looking for someone who has ideally had some experience of field sales and sales training.

The candidate will also be expected to use the companies Learning Management System (LMS) for analyzing skills gaps and recording the attendance of training activities carried out. Whilst experience of this is not critical

The role in brief:

  • Undertake Training Needs Analysis across the Sales Team, provide the relevant solutions and coaching where relevant

  • Design training sessions and delivery to small and large groups ranging between 4-20. Delivery in the role is estimated to be 80% of the time

  • Evidence Return on investment against development activities undertaken

  • Plan training activities taking into account business resource requirements. You will eventually hold responsibility for own diary and the scheduling of sales and Management training

The ideal candidate:

  • You must hold your CIPD Learning and Development or other Learning and Development Qualification

  • A full UK driving Licence is required
  • CMI or ILM Accredited, NLP Training Qualification is desirable

  • Accredited in the use of Psychometric Profiling Tool is also desirable
