McArthurGlen is looking for an experienced Consumer PR Coordinator to join our London Head Office team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Key Areas of Responsibility

The PR coordinator is responsible for providing PR agencies support to the Head of Consumer PR and to the Communications function across McArthurGlen. The role of PR Coordinator at McArthurGlen is to coordinate PR Executives and agencies within the McArthurGlen portfolio, and provide support to the Tourism team.

Media Coverage:

·Requesting monthly reports from Executives

·Liaising with Executives across the regions to receive monthly reports on time

·Collating media coverage from agencies of various regions

·Supervising monthly clipping report delivered by all agencies


·Creating a database of all PR contacts across HO, McArthur Glen portfolio as well as all suppliers

·Creating a press/influencers/opinion leader’s database per region and country

Press Releases:

·Liaising with Executives about press releases activity per campaign

·Sharing relevant releases with Tourism team and international agencies

PR Calendar and activity:

·Liaising with Executives

·Updating and disseminating key workflow documents

·Support the Head of Consumer PR in the creation of budgets and budget tracking documents, ensuring these are maintained and up to date


·Coordinating the production of ‘Insider’ alongside the relevant stakeholders Communicating with colleagues and key stakeholders

·Liaising with French/Italian and UK PR Executives to ensure ‘Insider’ is aligned across the regions

·Liaising with Digital team to align on Social Media strategy and content

·Coordinating logistics for ‘Insider’ to ensure shooting teams have all they need, keeping a close eye on the Time & Action sheet


·Be the central point of contact for PR & Communications for the 3 international agencies in China, Russia and Korea

·Work with PR agencies and Tourism team to execute international campaigns across the Centres

·Organise international media visits with Centres’ Tourism teams

·Ensure that all international PR activity taking place is communicated to relevant stakeholders within the head office team (Consumer PR and Tourism)

Your Profile

·Educated to degree level, with a broad education and a love of fashion, brands, news, travel, architecture & design.

·International outlook and flexibility of thought.

·Proven experience of working in an office environment and with PR agencies across different regions

·IT skills: intermediate level Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, with willingness to learn as required.

·Events Industry experience

·Be flexible with your approach with the ability to work with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders

·CIM qualification/IPR certificate or diploma is desirable

·You possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·You have excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

·Your communication skills are excellent, both verbally and written
