We are currently recruiting for a professional newly qualified/ qualified staff to support our workplace delivery and management of learning. We are looking for graduates or those with a teaching qualification who are comfortable with digital learning and eportfolio's, have an appetite to work in apprenticeship delivery and solutions with large FTSE 120 companies within London, Surrey, Sussex and Kent.

The successful applicant will need to be innovative, dynamic and passionate about learning, and be able to deliver customer service level 2 and 3, Sales and Warehouse standards and want to make a real difference to our apprentices learning experience. Most training is delivered centrally to the learner so it is the Assessor's job to under pin learning and build the learners portfolio

Working week

Full time, 40 hours although willing to consider more flexible working.

Delivery and Assessment

  • Fully understand Apprenticeship Frameworks and Standards and must be aware of the differences between the components and the levels including functional skills.
  • Experience delivering standards including customer service
  • Be able to interpret and deliver the knowledge requirements in ways that are appropriate to candidates at all levels.
  • Be able to assess by direct contact using rich and broad and methods of assessment for the competence based parts of the framework.
  • Adequately prepare the candidate to successfully pass the end point assessment first time.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a related occupational area (within 5 years)
  • Previous training experience
  • Excellent organisational skills, this is a field based position so you will be responsible for maximising time with learners through careful planning of own diary.
  • Must have access to own transport and be willing to use own transport to deliver within the area, mileage is paid at 25p per mile. We deliver nationally so applicants must be prepared to travel.
  • Familiar knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Office 365 office learning platforms
  • Functional skills in maths and English at level 2
Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience delivering NVQ/apprenticeship training
  • Previous training experience
  • Fully qualified D32/22, A1, TAQA or PGCE
  • DBS Certificate (replacing CRB)
  • This role could involve National travel and so requires a highly flexible, enthusiastic self-motivated individual to undertake quality teaching.
