Agile Coach - (Investment Banking, Financial Services, Scrum Master, Stakeholder Management) - City, London - 500-525 a day - 12 month contract EPAM Systems are looking to recruit a Agile Coach (Scrum Master) on a long-term contract for a leading Investment Bank in the City. The Agile Coach leads the company-wide agile transformation and guides the organization through itsagile journey and maturity. The coach will bring consistency to the company's agile practices and mentorstaff in process changes throughout the organization. Focus on understanding the core challenges thatimpedes work flow and will instill techniques to overcome impediments and improve overall value anddelivery to our customers. You will be working alongside a globally renowned and award-wining Design,development and technology teams who are passionate about what they do and how they do it. To playa key role building strong business/technology relationships, taking a hands on' approach to define anddeliver Embodying and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Bachelor's Degree, in computer science, engineering, or information systems or in a related fieldor equivalent work experience and five years of relevant information technology work experience.Relevant technical, business, and leadership experience to include extensive experienceworking in software engineering.Solid experience as a Scrum Master, with at least one year dedicated to one or moreteams.Scrum Alliance CSM and/or CSPO, and CSP certification.Scaled Agile Framework SPC certification.Experience leading a large-scale agile transformation in an enterprise ecosystem.Experience re-defining and formalizing an enterprise SDLC.Experience coaching and mentoring Development teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Managers.Experience in delivering classroom education on topics such as agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, andother technical topics.Expert working knowledge of Scrum in large scale, technically complex products for a largeenterprise.Three years of experience as a software developer or Product Owner/Product Manager of asoftware team of five - fifteen team members locally and/or globally.Fluent in an innovation framework and lean UX/design thinking concepts.Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.Expert knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices.Advanced knowledge of Atlassian suite of applications: jira, confluence. - provided by Dice AGILE, COMPUTER SCIENCE, DEGREE, JIRA, KANBAN, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, SCRUM, SOFTWARE ENGINEERING, STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
