2nd Line/ 3rd Line Support Technician 26-30K depending on skills and experience LondonThe RoleThis market leader is looking for someone to join their team as a 2nd/3rd Line Support Technician and help them take things to the next level. This is a well-rounded role so its important that you have a balanced mix of both soft and technical skills. Satisfactions is key!The PersonThe key skills and responsibilities of a 2nd/3rd Line Suport Technician: At least 3 years experience in a similar role High quality troubleshooting experience Excellent networking understanding (switching, routing, VLANs, WLAN Firewalls (Cisco/SonicWALL/WatchGuard) Microsoft Office Applications, PC Builds and Imaging PC Hardware, Printers, WAP & Scanners Active Directory Administration, Exchange Server Administration TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS AD/Office 365 support & admin (including SharePoint, OneDrive etc.) G Suite Administration Apple OS and Apple Mac support experience Virtualisation(Hyper-V) - Cloud Migrations Blackberry / IOS / Android setup, configuration and support Excited about joining this thriving company and taking the next step in your career?
