Data Analyst: Customer and Help Desk Data, SQL, BI, Gain Tableau Warrington, Cheshire - Commutable via Liverpool and Manchester, North West 30,000 - 40,000 + Benefits International publicly listed software house based in the UK requires enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for customer data to join their team to design develop and distribute MI and BI Dashboards. They have offices in London, USA, Japan, Australia and India and their software is sold to fortune 500 companies via re seller partners including the likes of IBM and our Big 4. The Role: Design support dashboards that can be shared across the world-wide support organisation Design and distribute weekly management reports identifying key metrics Review and implement a cognitive solution to provide customer insights from the incident management system Implement systems to measure the effectiveness of company self-service capabilities Implement automated delivery of metrics to top tier customers Work with the finance team to provide financial dashboards Work with the sales team to provide regular reporting on new customers, purchase levels and maintenance programs Help define what is important to our customers and how to measure performance Be the link between the Customer Support organisation and the rest of the business on cross-functional technical projects. Skills and Experience Required: Creating reports using Tableau or similar BI / MI visualisation applications (will train on Tableau) Knowledge of database structures and creating SQL scripts Experience of Freshdesk or similar incident management systems and related KPI's tracked by support organisations. Industry knowledge of the Customer Support ecosystem and tools available to support the Customer Services industry. A self-starter who finds solutions not problems and is easily able to adapt to new technologies. An individual who is constantly looking to improve our processes and tooling though research. Good inter-personal communication skills - able to manage tasks in line with internal and external team expectations. Excellent team collaboration attitude and 'can-do' outlook. 3+ years of experience in an enterprise software support organisation, or similar exposure to Management Reporting/Business Information in a Global Technical Support services arena.
