As Operations Co-ordinator you'll support the Argos Financial Services(AFS) Operational Management team with the implementation of a clearcommunications strategy for front line colleagues, you'll also supportwith any additional communication and engagement activities.You'll be responsible for ensuring AFS colleagues are kept informed andfeel listened to, leading to increased colleague engagement levels andincreased discretionary effort to serve customers effectively.Argos Financial Services are part of Sainsbury's Bank, part of the widerSainsbury's group. As Operations Co-ordinator you will -Direct, allocate and co-ordinate the day to day tasks of designatedOperational SupportIdentify and implement improvements to AFS internal communicationEmbed a communications strategy across AFS to include deliveringcommunication workshops across the groupBe responsible for devising customised responses/requests/letters onoperational mattersImplement, communicate and share changes in legislation, policies andprocedures with colleagues across AFSAssist in budget preparation and resource allocation across alloperational areasManage distribution lists to ensure communications reach the right audiencesSupport Operational Management to manage leadership and engagement events.As Operations Co-ordinator you will have -Previous experience in Internal Communications role - channels, bestpractice, message alignment and measurementExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Design packagesThe ability to engage with different audiences, adapting your styleaccordingly and confident at communicatingTo plan and prioritise multiple projects, and the ability to think ofthe 'big picture'Good understanding of the contact centre operation, with knowledge ofregulatory requirements within a financial services environment. To work closely with key stakeholders to build solid relationshipsThe ability to work flexibly to meet business needsYou will be joining Financial Services and our aim is to make lifebetter every day for Argos customers.
