Are you a Financial Services Administrator that would be interested in joining a boutique financial advisory business?

The Company

A small boutique financial advisory business offering bespoke services to high and ultra high net-worth clients is looking to further enhance its back office delivery by adding an additional member to its team.

Roles and responsibilities

As an Administrator, your role will be to ensure the Principal Adviser is able to devote the vast majority of time with client facing work. Therefore, your duties will include: ensuring efficient and accurate processing of business; effective management of day to day tasks; management of proactive client communications; answer incoming calls and responding to client queries where possible and general office admin duties. You should always look to provide excellent client service and deliver on promises made to clients.

Training and Development

Personal development would be encouraged, as you should have the desire to obtain your Level 4 Diploma to enhance your industry knowledge within 2 years. Financial support for examinations will be provided.

Requirements to be considered

You should have experience as an Administrator within a financial planning firm. Plus, should have good time management skills, be able to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks to ensure they are completed in a compliant manner.


Salary of £14,000 - £18,000, dependent upon experience
Whilst this is a demanding role with client delivery central to the business, the practice principal is committed to maintaining a "warm” and friendly environment
Office based role
Normal working hours (9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday) with some flexibility considered
