Exciting opportunity not to be missed! TSYS Managed Services has unique opportunities available for Disputes and Chargeback Specialists to join the team in Milton Keynes. The roles are full time, permanent positions and we are offering a competitive salary of £17,804 per annum plus excellent benefits.

TSYS Managed Services EMEA (TMS EMEA) has a range of contact centre roles specialising in Customer Service, Risk Management, Collections, Back Office, and Help Desk related services for Financial Institutions.

We are currently recruiting for experienced Disputes and Chargeback Specialists to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. Chargeback Specialists are responsible for evaluating incoming cardholder dispute claims on behalf of our client, ensuring adherence to VISA scheme rules and regulations.

What are the responsibilities of the Disputes and Chargeback Specialists?

- Investigate incoming cardholder claims in line with VISA timeframes, regulations and requirements.

- Keep up to date with VISA rules to ensure claims are correctly submitted.

- Ensure that all chargebacks are keyed correctly as per VISA rules and regulations.

- Ensure that the departments case management system is utilised ensuring all cases are recorded and up to date.

- Pass referrals to the Fraud team where disputes are deemed fraudulent.

- Liaise with cardholders via written correspondence, incoming calls and emails.

- Work closely with operations managers to highlight operational risks and areas for improvement.

What skills do I need to have to become one of the Disputes and Chargeback Specialists?

- Have previous contact centre experience, preferably in the financial industry

- Have credit card/ banking industry experience

- Have knowledge of the Data Protection Act

- Have excellent communication skills

- Portray a positive and flexible approach

Working hours:
