An exciting opportunity to work within the cosmetic surgery industry has arisen due to further expansion. Our client is looking to add a trainee marketeer/receptionist to its team. The correct individual must be able to demonstrate a keen interest in marketing and especially social media, whilst any qualifications would be an advantage a strong working knowledge is more important. Whilst full training will be given you must have a strong understanding of all social media platforms, how they work and how to generate likes, shares, friends and followers.
This role will also be responsible for reception and general administration duties

• Good knowledge of social media e.g. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook.
Updating all social media platforms with regular posts and customer reviews
• Front of house: Meeting and greeting patients, supplying refreshments. Dealing with patients face to face, on the telephone and via email

• General administration and filing
• Providing administrative support for the management, consultants and sales team
• Diary management, scheduling patient aftercare appointments.
• Learning and having a good understanding of company procedures

• Overseeing a safe and clean reception area.
excellent customer service skills
• Good timekeeping is very important in this role
• Be able to prioritise your workload
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Must have a confident and outgoing personality
• Must be well presented at all times
• Basic knowledge in computer software
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

Job Type: Full time - (Including some evenings and Saturday mornings)
Salary: £18,000 upwards (negotiable depending on experiences)
