Support Administrator

Working for a local charity, your role will be a varied one which will involve;

Job Description:
Maintaining the charity’s database: Inputting data and general data tidying
Updating database records when required, with any change in contact details
Ensuring that records are kept in accordance to general data protection regulations
Primary telephone answering duties
Sending out information in response to enquiries from customers
Administrative support with the organisation of meetings
Working alongside the Senior Support Administrator and Support Programme Manager
Attending meetings which are held twice a year on a Saturday
Creating a monthly report for the Support Programme Manager
Other administrative assistance as required by the Support Team

Person Specification:
Must be educated to a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths
Good general IT skills including proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
Good communications skills – polite and professional
Good organisational skills – ability to manage own workload and work to strict deadlines
Attention to detail, particularly names and quantities
A ‘can do’ attitude – willingness to help with tasks
Works well and remains calm under pressure

Additional Information:
Based in Leatherhead
£15,470 per annum
Monday – Friday, 35 hours a week (10am – 5pm)

20 days plus Bank Holidays pro rata
Car parking
