The Share dealing department offers a range of execution only share dealing services primarily for private investors in stocks where the register or employee share plan is administrated by Link Market Services. The Corporate and Employee Dealing Settlement team are based within the Share dealing department and are responsible for the timely settlement of high value or high profile market trades.

The successful applicant will be responsible for :-

•Daily tasks in relation and in conjunction with the CREST GUI system. Matching, Raising priorities and settling trades in line with FCA regulations

•Ensuring that work is carried out within agreed procedures and time frames.

•Ensure your functions are performed within the framework of the CASS rules. Understand the risk and controls in place in line with CASS 6 stock and CASS 7 cash

•Ensure Hornbill/ email queries are investigated/answered

•Assist with the investigation and clearing of stock and cash differences (Query Logs ‘QL’s) Successful allocation of cash and stock to meet the requirements of Single Client View

•Investigate and resolve any reconciliation issues, liaising with areas concerned and reporting any issues to Team Leader

Successful candidate will Require:

•Experience in Crest GUI

•Experience in Back office Settlements

•Demonstrate an understanding of regulatory requirements within Financial Services

•Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

•Good communication skills

•Work well within a team setting

•Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

•Innovative and drives continuous improvement

•Able to break tasks down to ensure that progress can be tracked and measured
