Finance Assistant - £21,187 - £23,617 per annum – North Walsham – Full Time Permanent.

Victory Housing Trust is a registered charity and registered provider of affordable homes for those in housing need. Victory owns and manages 5,000 properties primarily in the north of Norfolk which provide homes to over 10,000 residents.

We are seeking to recruit a permanent Finance Assistant. The post holder will be required to jointly operate the payables and receivables functions, process receipts into the housing management system and download bank statement information daily. Reporting to the Assistant Accountant, the post holder will also be required to process sundry payments, produce cash book journals and review the purchase ordering system for outstanding items.

The successful candidate will be studying towards qualification with the Association of Accounting Technicians, or equivalent experience. They will have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience of working with financial information. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders and delivery of excellent customer service.
