Junior Client Account Executive, Up to £25,000 base + £8K Bonus + Stock Options + Truly Amazing Offices/Culture !!!!

The Offices:

The Role Itself:

In essence the role incorporates 3 positions roled into one: The first is Relationship Building, the second is Development of the Business from inbound enquiries only and the 3rd is Account Management.

Duties Include:
Managing applications from UK businesses - from initial enquiry to acceptance
Building relationships with a variety of business owners via telephone and email maximising the number of applications passed to the Conversion Team
Liaising with the Conversion team on a daily basis to understand at what point your client is at and taking appropriate action as necessary
Building and managing your portfolio of successful clients
There is great scope to progress within the company, with the opportunity for suitable candidates to increase their responsibility within then the company so if you are looking for a role where you can progress then this company will fully embrace this for you.

Whats in your DNA:
Degree educated would be great however its not an essential
Ideally 12 Months experience in a Sales/Account management type role
Strong business acumen and enthusiastic about working in an innovative and growing company
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Exceptional time management skills and proficiency at multitasking
The ability to work well under pressure
Driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team
Ability to “think outside the box” and suggest changes to processes to improve efficiency
Quick to learn, understand, and explain complex concepts and products
Experience in the finance industry would be advantageous, but not essential
