Job title: Senior Account Manager.
Reporting to: Head of Client Services.
Responsible to: Senior Account Director (within team).

As technologies emerge, so has a client services team with one of my tier one clients! You will start off working with a globally recognized brand and begin to expand on your clientele and pipeline of work.
Responsible for as the Senior Account Manager:

• Strategy & Planning to Conception & delivery
• Liaising with stakeholders on both agency and client side – maintain and developing a key relationship on both ends
• Identifying opportunities for emerging technologies and collaborating with relevant internal department on project(s) at hand
• Work with Senior Account Director keeping up to date with technology in which you can present to current and prospect clients
• Manage projects proactively and autonomously and provide support to the wider team and Senior Account Director
• Write up creative briefs and communicate them through the studio to the relevant department
• Conduct regular audits on specific sites – present analysis and provide recommendations to clients on a consistent basis
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ad-hoc duties

Essential experience required as a Senior Account Manager:

• Capable of interact with stakeholders up to C-suite level
• Ability to offer strategic/consultative approach
• Digital or Print Media
• Agency side or Client Side (Marketing function)
• Experience managing budgets
