An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a long-standing business with a great reputation in Leeds, who seek to appoint a Sales Administrator. Due to continued growth the business are looking to expand their dynamic team of sales representatives. You will be dealing with incoming calls from customers around the UK who are enquiring about a range of electronic hardware and software products.

Administration / Sales Administration - Roles and Responsibilities - Administration / Sales Administration / Customer Support / Technology

* Generating Quotations
* Following up on leads over the phone and via email
* Arranging demonstrations and managing the installations of systems
* Taking inbound sales calls
* Providing in depth knowledge and advice of products and services offered
* Processing orders
* Building relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer retention

Administration / Sales Administration - Skills and Abilities - Administration / Sales Administration / Customer Support / Technology

* Enthusiastic telephone manner
* Initiative to arrange own workload on a daily basis
* Previous experience of working on the telephone
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Confidence dealing with customers of a Senior Leadership status
* Effective time management skills
