12 hour days and nights

Are you an experienced Production Operator from an engineering manufacturing background, interested in joining a secure busy company within their Chemical mixing company?
Working for a company specialising in the design and manufacture of precision products for a variety of sectors including automotive, marine, motorsport, aerospace

The Company:
- Employs over 500 people across 3 manufacturing facilities in the UK
- Provides customers with innovative, technologically advanced products
- Meets and exceeds demanding technical specifications and complex solutions
The Role:
- Working initially on a temporary contract, which will go permanent depending on company workload and the right candidates attitude.
- Setting and operating shop floor machinery on a daily basis
- Working within a chemical mixing area
- Reporting to the shift manager, working as part of a multi disciplined team
Additional Duties:
- Carrying out routine shop floor production support work
- Mixing chemical resins
- Carrying out basic testing
- Product Inspection
- Packaging and labelling finished products
The Suitable Candidate:
- From a manufacturing engineering environment, meaning you will have a good understanding of general manufacturing principles
- A background in chemical manufacturing or process plant would be highly desirable
- Hands on manual worker, who is self motivated, and a hard worker
- GCSE, A Levels or equivalent educational standard
