Full Time

Monday to Friday 08.45 - 17:00 with 45 minutes for lunch

Summary

Due to our continued success as one of the country's leading suppliers of heavy commercial vehicles we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator. Based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes Reporting to the Head of Legal, the post holder will be responsible for supporting the Compliance, Legal and Risk team.

This is a developing role and will likely expand to cover other related areas in addition to those set out below in future as the Compliance Function develops.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

Provide general support to the Compliance, Legal and Risk team including:

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity

Keeping appendices to Business Continuity Plan up-to-date, maintaining the Business Impact Analysis for each business area, meeting with departments to update plans and keep them consistent with one another, maintaining crisis management plan for events

Insurance support

Providing information about our insurance to the business, liaising with insurers, brokers and SCV insurance dept with any questions, claims or special events which need to be insured, reporting changes in SGB assets to insurers and SCV, completing insurance renewal forms annually, developing an FAQ guide to SGB insurance for BOB

Customer Information Requests and Tenders

Developing and maintaining a data base of company compliance information, responding to customer requests for compliance information, filling in tender compliance information forms within tight timeframes. Liaising with Purchasing and New Vehicle Sales departments.

Other ad hoc support for new and developing regulations and due diligence. Research support. General administration including typing, producing spread sheets, producing powerpoint presentations.

Candidate Requirements

Education and/or Experience

- Administration experience
- Good typing speed
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
