A very popular and exclusive fashion company are looking for a full time customer service advisor to improve the service they provide to their customers. Applicants MUST be able to use the Zendesk software and be proficient in using Google Sheets or Microsoft packages.

Must be able to type 60 words per minute.

The main bulk of calls coming in are for returns, refunds and exchanges of the clothing items that are sold in store and online.

The first 2 months of this role will be based in Kings Cross, after this the whole company will relocate to Heathrow.

Working hours are 10am to 6pm.
