Project Co-ordinator is required for an independent live events agency. They are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Graduate to join their team to assist their Event project teams. This is a great opportunity to learn from and support a highly experienced team in an informal and friendly environment.
They work with some super blue chip clients in the automotive, financial services, professional services, utility and FMCG sectors.

The role
You will be assisting Account Management & Production teams across all project phases from project planning through to onsite delivery, project reconciliation and reporting, as well as providing admin support to the office manager.
Working across a range of client projects, tasks include content, speaker and entertainment research, scheduling, venue research and management, delegate registration, co-ordinating digital and 3D designers, booking and liaising with suppliers, attending and minute taking client and internal meetings, researching and writing support for pitches, project and office administration and management.

The person /skills
Candidates should have at experience ideally within a Marketing Services or Live events arena [this can include internships].
The right applicant will:
Have a BA Hons Degree or equivalent
Demonstrate excellent written, communication and analytical skills
Be self-motivated, resourceful and a great team player
Be a problem solver with a terrific ‘can do’ attitude
Be highly organised with excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and be used to delivering to deadlines
Demonstrate high service levels internally and for our clients and suppliers
Have top class MS Office skills, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint [familiarity with Mac OS an asset
