The Role
Our client is looking for an exceptional Account Director, with strong experience across a full mix of marketing services with particular focus on Print, POS and Promotional Goods.

As an Account Director you will provide leadership to a team of Promo/Print Account and Project Managers on-site with their biggest client. The role will focus on providing an outstanding service to their clients whilst spotting opportunity to up-sell services and grow the account further.

What You’ll Do

* Manage the operational relationship with all key client contract owners and product/marketing owners
* Drive agreed savings levels, ensuring that performance against agreed levels are continually measured, delivered and reported in an accurate and timely way
* Ensure that all agreed service levels/KPIs are measured, delivered and reported in an accurate and timely way
* Ensure that corrective actions are taken in instances where agreed savings and/or service levels are not being achieved
* Provide day-to-day leadership and management for staff, based at CCEP offices, Uxbridge
* Work together with the Promo and Print Account Team and broader company management team, ensuring that client service levels are continually monitored, measured and maintained
* Develop operational processes and standards that ensure optimum levels of service and productivity, while ensuring that operational costs are contained within budgeted levels
* Provide reporting within agreed timescales and ad hoc to client, Regional Director, or Client Services Director, as required
* Act as an escalation point for all local issues for the account

What You’ll Bring

* Strong and comprehensive experience of managing and leading teams
* Previous experience as an Account Director with a background in Print, POS and Promo
* Sound knowledge and experience of managing promotional merchandise campaigns
* Proven experience of building strong working relationships at all levels of the organisation
* Experience of managing and resolving employee relations matters
* Experience of inspiring team members to deliver the highest quality of customer service to the client
* Ability to identify and develop areas of service delivery for improvement
* Previous experience working on-site at client’s offices
* Ability to ensuring operational teams are working towards strategic goals
* Strong direction and support for an account management team delivering excellent client service
