Assistant General Manager - Holiday Park

I am looking for bright, energetic Hospitality Managers who have a passion for Customer service and People, and the Commercial and Operational skills to run Multi-faceted Hospitality Businesses.

They offer a range of distinctive and individual parks in some of the most popular resorts along the coast. Each has its own style and character - but always with the same high standards of accommodation and service.

Facilities vary from park to park, but usually include a leisure pool complex and club house with regular entertainment.

They always aim to offer customers the very best value for money with our affordable caravan holidays. If you are looking to own your own holiday home we offer a wide range of great value models to suit all tastes and budgets.

I am looking for AGM's to join a vibrant team and prove to them that you are here for a career, helping them develop their Parks and their teams too.

Being able to relocate is an advantage, but not a deal-breaker.

If you perform, you will get opportunities to be Park GM's, and not in five to ten years, but potentially in a much shorter timescale

There are also some great financial incentives for top performers too.

The successful AGM will be responsible for managing and training your team and will be leading an experienced HOD team , to consistently deliver great guest service, whilst meeting your business targets.
