Responsibilities:
* Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) into business requirements and solutions design on both operational and strategic change
* Work with IT and sometimes external vendors on solutions design for projects where you are the key SME
* Approve Business Requirements and Solutions Design Documents on behalf of business
* Coordinate internal resources across SME pools and Manage The Bank employees (where required) to ensure business outcomes are appropriate when delivering both strategic and operational change
* Work closely with Change Management resources (PM, PIM, BA, BIM etc.) to execute across the Project Lifecycle
* Governance – assume either PSG or PWG position and support project deliverables
* Communication - Support updates to UK Branch on progress across both Strategic and Operational Change agendas
* User Acceptance Testing – Approve Testing Plans, Scripts and Test Summary Reports and support the UAT testers with key SME input
* Business Readiness – support other business readiness activity as the key SME input – e.g. tariffs, Terms and Conditions, collateral, training etc.
Requirements:
* A payments SME with strong knowledge of global payment products and services in a commercial bank
* Understands payment trends and keeps current on market developments
* Understands regulation, risks and controls in the payments space of a commercial bank
