One of the preeminent independent IT solution and service providers in the UK is looking for an Office Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. This position is ideally suited to a candidate seeking a challenging and varied role within a busy office with opportunities to be involved in all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities:

* Assisting with the Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable administration
* Supporting the Sales team and engaging with suppliers daily
* Managing courier collections and deliveries
* Assisting with any administrative support
* Assisting with any enquiries either by phone or email
* Welcoming visitors

Essential Skills and Experience:

* A minimum of two years administration experience
* Degree educated
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Excellent customer service
