Role: Customer Service Advisor - Logistics

Location: Basingstoke

Pod is currently partnering with a rapidly expanding Logistics Provider and they are looking for a brilliant Customer Service Advisor. You’ll give customers the most positive experience possible.

Your challenge:

*

Manage client expectations around Logistics issues
*

Work with major brands across FMCG, Retail and Automotive
*

Ensure complaints are resolved, liaising with multiple stakeholders in the Logistics function
*

Building excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
*

Provide fantastic communication to customers

Your awesomeness:

Excellent communicator and with the best interpersonal skills ever
*

Problem analyst and problem solver with a ‘can do’ attitude
*

You will have experience dealing with major brands or businesses
*

Enthusiastic and persuasive
*

Experienced in customer service across Logistics

Shift Pattern (4days on, 4days off):

* 06:00 - 18:00
* 08:00 - 20:00
* 14:00 - 02:00
