NJR are currently working with a leading Wealth Management Practice, who are now seeking an ambitious and articulate IFA Administrator to work within a small yet highly qualified and customer focussed team.

This role will suit someone who has been working within financial services and has experience of Pensions & Investments as well as delivery of first class service to Clients and Consultants. You will be preparing client reviews, undertaking a pre-client review gap assessments and considering the ongoing suitability of existing products.


Update & maintain client data on IO
IO fees maintenance & reconciliation
Send authority letters and gather policy information
Diary and task management to ensure client reviews and other client service actions are delivered on time
Produce client meeting pack including valuations
Report writing
Complete timely investment and product transactions
Support the Investment Committee managing changes to client portfolios and the issue of regular communications
General office duties
Working in a small team it is expected that the jobholder will have a flexible approach to duties.
Ensure the office has sufficient supplies of stationery, fact finds, risk profile forms etc
Share the responsibility of answering the telephone, meet and greet visitors

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working in an IFA practice and is used to dealing with pensions and investments. You will ideally be at least Certificate level and have experience of Intelligent Office. You will have solid communication skills, focused attitude and dedication.
