Role: 1st Line Support Technician
Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £22k DOE
Location: Norwich
My client is a big player in the world of IT support and works with a number of different clients crossing multiple sectors. They are looking for a keen 1st Line Support Technician with an eye for detail that takes pride in their work, utilising the latest software. You'll be working in a fantastic spacious office which oozes class with a minimalistic style. Working in a large team with excellent support from hands on management, it is in their interest to promote internally based on your performance.This is the ideal position for someone to come in, word hard and achieve promotion.
The successful applicant will be responsible for solving 1st line issues working with specific clients that you will be well trained and informed of, allowing you to cater to their specific needs. You will be required to administer support by telephone, remotely, in the office or on-site, offering excellent communications skills and customer service.
Key Skills:
- ComptTIA A+
- GCSE IT C or above
- Active Directory,
- Exchange
