Are you a 1st line Service Desk Analyst looking for an opportunity to gain leadership skills and grow? Maxwell Bond are assisting a great business in Lancashire find a Service Desk analyst with strong 1st Line skills and some 2nd line knowledge who will mentor and upskill the junior members of the team. You will be the Technical Lead for all incidents and secondly to be the technical escalation point within the incident management process. Within the role you will be required to provide high-levels of customer service including communicating with internal customers at all levels.

The business are leaders in the Logistics industry and have well defined plans for continued growth. They work with some of the most recognisable companies on the high street and operate UK wide. They pride themselves on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction irrespective of client size.

Key Skills

• Wintel experience is a MUST.
