Currently recruiting an experienced Administrator to work at a small Engineering company based in Derby. As the Administrator you with have experience of liaising with suppliers, customers as well as internal and external employees. This role involves processing customer enquiries and requirements as well as supplying quotations. Offering a salary of £21K + 25+8 holidays, excellent pension

The role of Administrator includes:

Responding to customer enquiries and requirements, liaising between customers and suppliers.

Reporting directly to the Overhaul Materials Manager

Involved in quotations, sourcing new products and ensuring specifications and contractual requirements are met

Establish lead times and ship dates

Perform all forms of office duties as and when required.



Experienced Administrator will have the following experience:

Experienced Administrator

Strong team work skills and cross functional experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook

Strong Communication, verbal, telephone and written skills

Aerospace experience is an advantage
