We have a requirement for a Digital Data Analyst to join our London office. This is a 6-month, fixed-term contract role with an annual equivalent salary of circa £42,000, plus benefits.

This role will give you the opportunity to be the person with their finger on the performance pulse of our global website and digital communications channels. You will measure the effectiveness and impact of RICS’ primary digital channels against our digital KPIs and business plan objectives by:

* Providing performance data, analyses and recommendations from RICS’ digital channels to business units across the organisation to ensure that our digital channels are optimised to propel users to online action.
* Developing and delivering a programme of regular site user tests to aid insight and provide optimisation advice to the Digital Services team.

The ideal candidate will have / be:

* Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio
* Familiar with third party social media insight and reporting tools, as well as experience of using native social analytic tools
* Familiar with web content management systems (ideally EpiServer 10 CMS) as well as CRM systems
* Understanding of email service providers and able to produce email analytics reports while providing insights and recommendations to the marketing teams to improve campaign performance
* Able to bring insights to life with effective data visualisation and business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI (ideally) and Excel (essential)
* Demonstrable experience on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) by running site surveys as well as having a working knowledge of A/B testing and multivariate tools like Google Optimise
* Ideally possesses a relevant IDM/CIM certification, and a Google AdWords/Analytics certification
* Experience of measuring performance data from commerce and large information websites
