About the role:

We are looking for a marketing professional that specialises in the engagement of B2B audiences. The role is focused on engaging, nurturing and qualifying senior decision makers at many of the largest UK companies and further afield through using the latest and greatest outbound prospecting techniques. Reporting to the Head of Marketing will be supporting our Development Director daily by providing them with a supply of qualified opportunities to help our business achieve its ambitious growth objectives.

What will you be doing?

  • Ultimately, providing a rich supply of marketing-qualified leads to our business development team
  • Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.
  • Own Inbound Marketing funnels, conversion paths and ROI.
  • Execute a detailed, integrated content strategy - own the execution with precise detail.
  • Develop a Digital Experience programme working alongside Field Marketing Manager, Inside Sales and Sales for content delivery.
  • This role requires a brand publisher mindset: the create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion
  • Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorisation and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
  • Editorial calendar and organisation workflows must be developed and managed.
  • Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel
  • Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.
  • Executive presentations on the program approaches and results will be required.

  • Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience.
  • A strong understanding of Demand Generation principles.
  • Deep understanding of Inbound Marketing funnels, conversions and ROI reporting as a key element.
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it.
  • Ability to analyse and present content and social performance.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Google analytics, SalesForce, and the top social channels - expert at creating highly-impactful decks.
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
What will you bring to the team?

  • You will have experience in a B2B marketing environment, ideally within the technology or learning space
  • Be smart and ambitious, self-motivated, adaptable and resilient
  • Have exceptional organisational skills – the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Have an aptitude for writing professional, creative and engaging marketing content for multiple environments
  • Possess the ability to confidently communicate with senior level decision makers
  • Have experience working with Hubspot CRM or similar
