My client, a City based bank, are currently seeking an individual to join our UK Corporate & Institutional Banking client coverage team to support the team to enable them to provide a high quality and efficient service to clients, and grow the UK corporate banking business.

The objective of the role is to provide all secretarial and administrative support to the Coverage team including the CIB Head of Coverage to ensure the team functions smoothly and efficiently.

Duties will be varied but will consist of the following:

Full diary management
Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and relevant meeting documents, presentations and manage room bookings
Dealing with internal and external communication, and following up where necessary, ensuring client requests are dealt with in a timely manner
Making travel arrangements; ensuring that the correct authorisations are in place
Managing and processing team expenses
Assist with the logging of Client Call Reports in the Client Reporting Management system (Siebel) support the team with Client on-boarding process
Assist with the preparation of presentations e.g. editing, printing, binding etc.
Organise and manage special events, including off-sites, group meetings, and client events
Assisting with staff recruitment, on-boarding as well as HR administration such as maintaining annual leave and sick leave
Assist with the organisation and tracking of projects relating to Compliance, Audit, BCP and other organisational matters
Organise and ensure orderly archiving of all relevant documents and reports
