Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Interim Treasury Analyst to work a fixed 3-6 month term contract in the London Bridge area.

Salary £35,500

The Treasury & Financial Planning Team within Finance is responsible for protecting our client’s loan book as a valuable commodity to fund our client’s business activities. Treasury and defines and implements the Treasury Strategy approved annually by our clients Board. The Treasury Analyst will work with the team to ensure the effective running of the treasury function and assist in business planning. They will ensure an effective and high quality Treasury service to all the stakeholders, delivering timely and accurate financial information to assist decision making. The post holder will ensure that all activities are delivered within a robust control environment and that treasury and other policies and procedures are followed, as well as ensuring that reporting to Senior Management and other parties is clear, concise, timely and accurate. The team is also responsible for insurance.

Qualifications
• Part/Newly Qualified Accountant or art/Newly Qualified AMCT
• Degree or equivalent experience/education in a numerate discipline
Experience
• Core treasury knowledge including: Liquidity & Cash Management, Bank loans, Capital markets debt, Interest rate swaps, Securitisation
• Understanding, willingness and ability to promote and maintain tight operational controls, audit trails, books & records, accounting journals & reconciliations
• Ability to apply excellent analytical skills developed within a treasury or related function to address issues faced in the housing sector
• Strong cash flow forecasting skills (4-week, 12-month and 24-month horizon), including modelling corporate financial requirements and compliance with lenders’ financial covenants
• High quality report-writing & oral communication with internal and external stakeholders
