This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client’s Facilities team during a period of exciting growth and change. This role is important as you will lead a team in delivering a quality service encompassing, but not limited to post, stationery, waste, maintenance and AV support.

Your main responsibilities will include managing a team of 4, delegating and assigning work, contractor supervision and liaison regarding Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks. In addition to this, you will ensure the internal PPM program is followed and added to, as necessary.

Our client is looking for a confident team player with a friendly approach and can do attitude. The Facilities team are proactive, professional, calm and confident with an organised outlook and hardworking attitude. They are looking for a customer-focused leader, ready to deliver an exemplary service.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Supervisor with a technical background, who is IOSH/NEBOSH qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance. You will also be familiar with Health and Safety legislation, PPM planning and implementation.

Strong organisational skills are a must as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Due to the nature of the role, knowledge of current statutory regulations and codes of practice is required.
