Job Title: Service Delivery Manager - London Waterloo

A leading provider of Digital Software Solutions requires a Service Delivery Manager to

deliver an exemplary managed service and exceed client expectations. You will be joining a growing business working on a mixture of large and small interesting projects in an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, career progression, Flexible working, and a proper work/life Balance.

Duties:

* Deliver an exemplary managed service and exceed client expectations by building and consolidating client trust and relationships
* lead on service design and transition
* Deliver against the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and reducing the number of incidents, problems and unsuccessful changes across the portfolio, whilst also driving service improvement.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

* Strong knowledge of project methodology (e.g. PRINCE2 and AGILE) and the service management standard and good practice (ISO 20000 and ITIL v3).
* Strong understanding of the end-to-end service lifecycle.
* Service design and transition.
* Strong experience of client relationship management.
* Supplier management.
* Excellent customer service
* Graduate
* ITIL v3 Expert
* ISO 20000 certified
* Two years’ experience working in a service management environment
