Quest Search and Selection is working with a Leading Jewellery Brand, who is looking to hire a CRM Manager to join their dynamic marketing team based in London Head Office. This established British heritage brand are looking for someone who can play a key role in creating and delivering the global CRM strategy.
As CRM Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Customer & Brand Marketing Team as well as the Head of Online Marketing to identify opportunities to communicate with customers through email.
- Building and owning the global email plan that shows a clear contact cycle for the brand.
- Writing engaging email copy that customers will want to read.
- Building and executing automated email programmers to the highest standards.

- Experience in a CRM or email role within Fashion, Beauty or Retail.
- Strong experience in working with marketing automation tools.
- Outstanding analytical skills with a working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
