Our client an exciting digital transformation consultancy has a simple aim, to help business innovate and grow. They are looking for an additional sales person to enable them to hit their own impressive growth target. They are looking for someone that has cut their teeth in sales and is now looking for the next opportunity to grow a career. They want someone that has followed and understands a sales process and ideally can bring it with them so there is a structure in place. It would be great if you had sold consultancy services but it is not essential as this forward looking company is keen to hire the right person, to that end if you have sold software, they would love to hear from you. JOB TITLE: Sales Development Representative
LOCATION: Home Based
PACKAGE: £35k base, £55k OTE, unlimited holiday, trips abroad, pension, healthcare.


Established in 2003, our client offer a sophisticated SaaS based product focused on managing student feedback.
Focusing on the higher education sector, they currently sell to some of the top universities across the globe.
Privately owned business looking to take a significant investment in the near future to aid with international growth.


Performed well in an SDR type role for a technology previously.
Comfortable on the phone.
New business focused.
Any experience selling to the education would be a bonus but by no means a pre-requisite.
You must be comfortable working from home.


New business focused, lead generation role pitching an enterprise feedback tool to higher education.
Demonstrate success in this role for 12-18 months before progressing throughout the business.
Leads sources via marketing campaigns, trade shows and in-bound. You will also be expected to pick up the phone and self-source.
Targeted on generating 10 opportunities a month.
Working on deals with an average order value of £50k
