Services to Education Manager
Various locations; Somerset, East & North Devon, Plymouth & Torbay
Permanent, 37 hours per week.

Our client has an exciting opportunity to join the team in the role of Services to Education Manager, managing a team and overseeing the effective delivery of the Services to Education programmes across all targets and KPIs.

The role of Services to Education Manager is to provide specialist support to an operational team of Careers and Enterprise Adviser and to plan, direct and manage performance management, sales and delivery.

The post holder can expect to:

  • Manage and develop Services to Education;
  • Manage sales targets and delivery of services in schools including enterprise days and consultancy work;
  • Effectively manage staff, in some cases recruiting, selecting, or training staff members;
  • Have responsibility for delivering every services/programme or project on time within budget and scope;
  • Identifying and pursuing new business for the company and actively supporting company-wide business development activities;
  • A broad range of skills required, including; relationship and partnership building, influencing and negotiation, communication.
  • These posts will require significant travel.
  • Full training will be given, but an understanding of the 'Enterprise' landscape for schools would be useful.
  • Other skills that would be useful to this role include experience of delivering or facilitating activities to schools - particularly experience of and a relevant qualification in delivering CEIAG in schools.

The salary for this role will be in the region of £33,402.00 per annum dependent upon the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
