Geography teacher - Independent Sixth Form – Kensington and Chelsea

Start Date: April 2018

Timetable: Full Time

Contract: End of the academic year.

Our client, an independent school in Kensington is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Geography teacher to join their thriving department.

Set on a modern campus, this school, which has been education pupils for over forty years, is an independent secondary school with modern facilities throughout. The school achieves highly, well above the national average. There are approximately 1100 students across three sites. All pupils are provided the opportunity to take part in a rich and broad curriculum which includes first rate facilities for an array of extracurricular activities.

The school are now looking for a Geography teacher to teach a full timetable from April 2018 until the end of the academic year. The successful candidate will need a strong degree in a relevant field, and should have experience working with A level Geography curriculums. They also need to be enthusiastic about the subject and be willing to be part of the wider school ethos. Applications are invited from well qualified and experienced teachers with proven track records for excellence in teaching practice. Experience within the independent sector is desired but not essential.

The salary range is on the school’s own scale and dependent on skillset, qualifications and experience.
